Interaction Design, Management Can you spot the ad ? "Blend in, stand out" is not only TripleLift's tagline but the core of their design philosophy. During my time at TripleLift, I designed thousands of ads with these words to guide me. Over the course of three years, I managed a team of six talented front-end engineers focused on creating and maintaining TripleLift’s inventory of custom native ad placements across some of the internet's most distinguished publishers, generating over a billion daily impressions. As a manager, it was also important for me to work cross-departmentally to ensure design be represented in as many high level discussions and decisions. I also got to sharpen my public speaking chops, which I believe is an essential skill for any designer.
